What data do we collect, and how do we collect it?
letscount.dev collects the following data, when you sign up for a letscount.dev account, we ask for your full name, email address, this allows us to provide you with our services. This will also sometimes be used to verify your payment details when you top up your account, you can find out more about our third-party payment gateways below.
letscount.dev does not share any personal data with any third party except information required to function correctly. This will only be collected from users when registering an account and only if the user enters the data voluntarily. We do not store any personal information about your visits that is not entered voluntarily.
By registering at letscount.dev, it shall be deemed that the user gives consent to the processing of personal data relating to him or her. Registration/creating a user account without submitting the requested data is impossible. The report will not function past the trial if the data subject does not complete the registration process. The provision of personal information is a contractual requirement, as well as a requirement necessary to enter into a contract. Should the data subject not provide the requested data, the business relationship with letscount.dev cannot be established, and consequently, services performed.
How long we retain your data
The personal data shall be removed after the contract/deregistration of the user`s account expires. Should there be any outstanding liabilities, letscount.dev shall keep necessary personal data to exercise our legal rights until the payment of outstanding amounts. The personal data listed in tax and accounting documents shall be kept for the period under the tax and accounting regulation.
How we protect your data
We make a great effort to ensure the security of your data using the latest encryption methods and never storing information such as your passwords in plain text. We also use encrypted traffic and communication in all critical parts of our system to ensure the safety of your data. Your credit card details are never stored on our servers for security reasons. Instead, we use one of the most secure payment providers, Stripe, to process and store your billing information safely.
Withdrawal of consent
The data subject has a reserved right to withdraw consent at any time regarding data processing without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. The effectiveness of such a withdrawal shall extend only to the data where the processing is based on the consent of the data subject, but not on the data where processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, or the data that is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the letscount.dev is subject.
